In order to process your rental application, the following must be received:
- A complete and truthful application. Links to rental applications are located to the left of this screen. Unreliable documentation and telephone numbers will delay processing.
- A non-refundable application fee of $30 per applicant.
- Copy of drivers license and most recent pay stub faxed to 919-573-9563.
- Total applicant income must be at least three times the rent amount.
- The property owner will consider your credit, rental and criminal history. The appropriate reports will be obtained. We will also contact current and previous landlords.
- No more than two persons per bedroom can occupy a home. This is HUD's standard.
- It will take approximately four business days to process your application. This timeframe is strongly dependent of the ease of obtaining landlord and employment verifications.
- A credit and criminal check will be performed on all applicants.
- All applicants will be submitted to the property owner for approval. Legacy Partners Realty, LLC does not approve or decline tenants.
- Once accepted, the first month's rent is due within 24 hours. It will be deposited immediately.
- The security deposit is due upon move in.
- A property is only considered rented and off the market when all required payments have been received and a residential lease agreement has been executed by all tenants and the property owner.
